HOTELIERS are urged to be 'aware' after a walker left a Windermere hotel without paying.
The white male, aged 63-years-old, made off from the accommodation, on High Street, after staying for one night between February 21 and 22.
Cumbria Police have described him as between 5'8” and 5'10” tall, of medium build, with an Essex accent.
He was wearing walking gear, travelling light and wearing glasses.
He gave the name of ‘Simon Laws’.
Anybody with information is asked to contact PC Nelson at Windermere Police Station on 101.
