Kendal parking meter cash stolen by thief, say police
MONEY has been stolen from a parking meter in the Abbot Hall car park, Kendal.
A man in dark clothing, with a dark-coloured bag, used cutting equipment and tools to open the meter, causing damage.
The incident happened sometime between 4.30am and 6am this morning.
Police are urging anyone with information to contact PC Bateley on 101.
