A DROP-IN session is to be held in Bentham for locals to have a say on planning policies such as quarrying, mineral and gas extraction and waste disposal.
A new plan for North Yorkshire is being drawn up and will contain guidelines on planning applications up to 2030. It will also identify sites for development.
After a preliminary public consultation last May and June, the document was redrafted and people can make their views known at Bentham Library on Monday, March 3, from 2.30pm to 7pm.
The authorities will also seek views on possible sites for mineral and waste development.
