Man fined for stealing hair dye from Home Bargains in Kendal
A MAN was fined £70 for stealing hair dye from Home Bargins in Kendal.
Nigel Stephenson, of Bonner Court, Kendal, pleaded guilty to theft at Kendal Magistrates’ Court on March 12.
The court heard how the 52-year-old had stolen the item, worth £2.99 on February 25.
Stephenson apologised to the court and said ‘it would not happen again’.
He was ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 in costs and ordered to pay £2.99 in compensation.
