Town has the White Stuff
8:10am Wednesday 26th March 2014 in News
NATIONAL lifestyle fashion retailer White Stuff is moving to Kendal.
The firm will move into 21 Finkle Street - most recently occupied by the YMCA charity shop.
Work has started on fitting out the premises ready for an opening set for April 14.
The letting has been completed by chartered surveyors Peill & Company, who say it represents ‘a significant upturn' in the take-up of vacant units in Kendal town centre.
White Stuff is an outdoors and lifestyle clothing retailer established in the Alps in 1985 which already has stores in Carlisle and Keswick.
The brand has grown from selling t-shirts to fund the founders’ ski season to have 85 shops throughout the UK.
