YOUNG music fans can swap Beyonce for Bizet at a new singing class at Kendal’s Brewery Arts Centre, on Thursday, April 17 (11am-3.30pm). Led by new Brewery music development officer Clare Eccles, Opera in a Day will equip young people aged from seven-14 with the techniques to tackle songs from operas such as Carmen and Mozart’s The Magic Flute.
