ARNSIDE Horticultural Society’s 23rd annual spring show filled the WI Hall with blooms and visitors.
Children from Arnside School produced very impressive displays of spring bulbs, art and craft work and cookery.
Exhibitor Ronnie Holmes had a very successful show, winning the Arnside HS Challenge Cup for most points overall. He also had most point in the bulbs in pots and pot plant sections.
Organisers said the number of entries was maintained at a very high level. Prizes were presented by Joan Dewhurst.
