LOCALS keen to find missing Matthew Jordan have organised a volunteer search tonight (Monday) in Bowness and Windermere.

The group will meet at Goodly Dale Primary School in Windermere from 6pm-8.30pm.

Volunteers will be provided with high visibility jackets and torches.

They are asked to wear waterproofs and sensible shoes and to put dogs on leads.

Matthew, aged 20, is from the Middlesbrough area.

He was visiting the Bowness area with three friends and was last seen in the early hours of Thursday 27th March following a night out.

Matthew is described as 6ft tall, of medium build, with dark brown hair. He was last seen wearing a navy long sleeved shirt, jeans and grey pull up boots.
