POLICE are appealing for a motorist to come forward who collided with a Windermere wall and failed to report the incident.
The collision occurred on Crook Road between the Gilpin Hotel and the Wild Boar Hotel.
Police said it may have happened in the last two months but ‘is more likely to have occurred in the last two weeks’.
They believe the vehicle is possibly green in colour.
