THE self-catering holiday agency Lakelovers has moved its head office from Bowness to a landmark Grade II listed Victorian property in the heart of Windermere.
The cottage letting company, established in 1977, has spent the last 12 months restoring the premises and adding new 21st century comforts and the latest technology.
Managing director Paul Liddell said: “We are very excited with this move into our own custom-designed building, which represents a major milestone in our company development.
"We look forward to welcoming holiday makers and home owners alike and are currently looking at plans to expand our operation from this new base.
“The much enlarged facilities will allow the unrestricted future growth of our business and offer a much enhanced experience to the thousands of guests that Lakelovers accommodate every year.”
