A SPECIAL recruitment event will take place at Kendal Town Hall on June 3 to encourage people to volunteer for local organisations and charities in South Lakeland.

Local organisations will show you how your time can make a huge difference to individuals and charities that need more people to come forward to volunteer.
“There will be the opportunity to talk one-to-one to local organisations over light refreshments to find out about the wide range of volunteering opportunities available.”
