JAMES Humber, 40, of Cross Lane, Kendal, was fined at South Lakeland Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly in the town centre after being ejected from Bootleggers.
The court heard that when police arrived he swore and lunged at one of the officers. He was fined £55, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
