STUDENTS Sandra Honig and Jeremy Weimann, from Kendal’s German twin town of Rinteln, meet Mayor Sylvia Emmott and see the town’s civic treasures in the Mayor’s Parlour.
The pair of joinery students are on a three-week exchange programme during which they will spend one day a week at Kendal College and four days working with Gavin Whitehead Joinery and James Cornthwaite Joinery.
The students also plan to explore the Lake District in spare time.
