A WALKER has been rushed to hospital after falling from a steep descent on Ingleborough.
The 65-year-old female was discovered by walkers after falling on the descent towards Chapel-le-Dale, at around 12.40pm yesterday.
She sustained a shoulder/upper arm injury and was assisted by the Clapham Cave Rescue Organisation.
Following treatment from the CRO she was stretchered down to a team vehicle near Braithwaite Wife Hole and transported off the hill for transfer to a road ambulance near the Hill Inn.
