ONE of the region’s leading painters has been given associate membership to the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists as well as being granted full membership to the prestigious Society of Women Artists. Kate Bentley will have four pieces featured in the Society of Women Artists 153rd annual London exhibition, which runs at The Mall Galleries from June 26 until July 5. Kate - a member of Green Door and Lake Artists Society - will also be exhibiting at Leeds Holiday Home, Silverdale, as part of the Arnside and Silverdale Art Trail 2014, which runs from June 27-29.
