A MUSICAL extravaganza ranging from Mercury to Mozart was provided by the annual concert run by Furness and South Lakeland Freemasons at Ulverston’s Coronation Hall.
Organisers Rowley Saunders and Phil Preston called upon the services of Dean Fawcett and Deemon Productions to host the event, which saw vocalists Andy Newsham and Steve Silver share top billing with Voce, the Furness version of Il Divo, and a band of talented musicians put together by Dean and his percussionist partner Keith Halligan.
Phil Preston, who is the regional charity representative for the Freemasons, said: “It was an evening of tremendous entertainment and we are extremely grateful to the talented performers who gave their services for free.”
The evening raised about £4,000.
