Kendal carer denies defrauding elderly woman of over £6,000, court hears
A KENDAL carer has appeared in court charged with defrauding an elderly woman of more than £6,000 over the course of seven months.
Victoria Nevinson, 24, of Well Ings, pleaded not guilty to the offence when she appeared at South Lakeland Magistrates’ Court.
The case was adjourned to Carlisle Crown Court for a preliminary hearing on June 30.
