A MAN and woman escaped serous injury when their two-seater aircraft crash-landed in north Lancashire.
The light aircraft came down near a golf club in Caton Road near Lancaster at about 2.30pm on Sunday.
The man was trapped after the crash but the woman was freed by bystanders. There were no major injuries but they were both taken to hospital.
