Golf captains play as many holes as possible in one day for charity

THE captains of Carus Green Golf Club, Kendal, took on a marathon challenge to play as many holes as possible in one day – for charity.
Carus captain Gary Wilson, lady captain Veronica Sanders and vets captain Keith Sanders were raising money for the Alzheimer's Society and fire fighter’s charities – Gary completed 182 holes and Veronica and Keith more than 100 each.
