A SITE visit is to take place before members of Lancaster City Council’s Planning and Highways Regulatory Committee determine an application to erect a 45-metre high wind turbine with ancillary infrastructure at Borwick Fishing, Kellet Lane, Over Kellet.
A decision was deferred at the June meeting of the committee.
