A LONE Dutch walker was saved by mountain rescue teams after getting lost on the Coast to Coast walk on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old raised the alarm via her parents in the Netherlands after becoming lost on the high fells above Haweswater.
Between 6pm and 7pm Cumbria Police alerted mountain rescue teams from Patterdale, Penrith, and Kendal together with the Lake District Search Dogs and a Sea King helicopter from RAF Boulmer.
