TEBAY Services farmshop employee Charlotte Crook has been awarded £1,100 from the Westmorland Staff Community Fund to buy a mobile defibrillator.
Charlotte is part a member of the six-strong Tebay First Responders.
Tebay Village Hub - a weekly drop-in centre and library facility - has also received £1,500 from the fund, which was launched by the Westmorland family in 2010 and has £10,000 each year available in grants.
