A CYCLIST who died after suffering a 'medical episode' yesterday (Monday) has been named by police as Dominic Abraham, from Great Whittington, Newcastle.
The 40-year-old, believed by police to be visiting the area as a tourist, was cycling north bound on the A592 main road from Newby Bridge towards Bowness when he came off his bike.
He was taken to Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle, but died later that day.
