AN ENTHUSIASTIC crowd of visitors and locals flocked to Ingleton’s ever popular annual gala on Saturday.
Despite a couple of early showers, nothing was allowed to spoil the parade led by this year’s gala queen Millie Steel.
She and her retinue were cheered on enthusiastically by residents and visitors alike.
Lancaster Batala Band provided a wonderful blast of rhythm, and Ben Slinger and his team of BMX bikers demonstrated their considerable skills to great applause.
After the gala, the children's disco was enjoyed by the younger members of the community.
The event was held, as usual, alongside the annual Ingleborough Mountain Race.
