Work could soon start on 15 affordable homes in Ingleton
PLANNING permission has been granted for 15 affordable homes on land off Low Demesne Close, Ingleton.
The Home Group - the country's fourth largest housing provider - wants to build eight one-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom houses and five three-bedroom houses.
The site previously had planning permission for 14 houses.
The latest scheme was dealt with by Craven District Council under its scheme of delegation and the approval included 22 conditions, ranging from design materials to minimising mud on adjacent roads during construction.
