POLICE are investigating the theft of a chainsaw and hunting equipment which was stolen from a shed near Kirkby Lonsdale during an early-morning raid.
Officers say the burglary took place sometime in the early hours of Thursday, at Nook, on the A65 between Crooklands and Kirkby Lonsdale.
A Husqvarna chainsaw with hedge-cutting attachment and hunting equipment, including a pair of Le Chameau boots, were all taken.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Lawson at Kendal Police Station on 101.
