A DOG has gone missing in Kendal.
Cumbria Police are appealing for information about fox cross tan terrier Billy who has been missing since 11pm yesterday (August 7).
The pet disappeared from Kendal town centre.
DC Mark Kerley said: “We are appealing to the public in the hope that someone may have seen Billy in Kendal or the surrounding areas.
"His owners are concerned about him and are keen to locate him.
“We have had a reported sighting in the Oxenholme area, however nothing confirmed at this time, so he may well still be in Kendal.
"I would encourage anyone who has seen a terrier on his own to get in touch with Kendal Police.”
Anyone with any information is asked to call Cumbria Police on 101 and ask for the duty sergeant in Kendal.
