We're all screen stars
THE average adult in Cumbria spends more than 60 hours a week staring at a screen, says research commissioned by opticians Sight Care.
Researchers who polled 2,000 Brits found the typical screen day starts as early as 6.55am and includes a final glimpse at 10.37pm,
