SCORES of livestock have been stolen from an Eden common near Kirkby Stephen.
The theft of the 80 rough fell ewes and 70 lambs from Ravenstonedale Common took place between the beginning of May and Friday (August 22).
The sheep are identifiable by having an orange spot on their near shoulder and their far hip and the horns are marked with JF.
Ear markings are on the upper bit of their far ear and lower bit on their near ear and tag numbers are UK111441 and UK103225.
Anyone with any information is asked to call non-emergency 101 and ask for PC 2185 Bowie, quoting 131 of August 25, or Crimestopper anonymously on 0800 555 111.
