THE A6 in North Lancashire was closed on the main road through Bolton-Le-Sands yesterday (August 27) after a two car crash.
Lancashire Police was called out at around 3.45pm after a blue Ford Galaxy and a beige Citroen Xsara Picasso collided outside the Royal Hotel between Mill Lane and Brookfield Close.
A woman and child were in one vehicle while a man was driving the other car in the crash which caused minor injuries, police said.
An ambulance attended the scene and the road was closed for 'some time' causing traffic disruption between Carnforth and Lancaster.
Emergency crews report that both ways are closed after a collision between two vehicles near Mill Lane and Brookfield Close.
