Festival near Penrith on Sunday will celebrate the bee
A FESTIVAL celebrating the bee will be held at Brougham Hall near Penrith on Sunday.
The event will look at the benefits to mankind of these brilliantly organised creatures, and will highlight the worrying threats faced by entire colonies.
There will be illustrated talks throughout the day and exhibitors will include B&Q, Newton Rigg, Dale Compost and Hickson’s Garden Centre.
