PURE Leisure Ltd has submitted a change of use application to site 138 holiday lodges at the South Lakes Leisure Village, Borwick, near Carnforth, to Lancaster City Council.
It will be discussed at the Planning and Highways Regulatory Committee on Monday September 15.
