SPEED limits in all or parts of Kendal could be slashed after town councillors agreed to consider a ‘Twenty’s Plenty’ campaign.

Coun Giles Archibald said that in other areas, Twenty’s Plenty had reduced the number of accidents as well as noise and pollution levels.
