SPIRITS are soaring among cadets at the Windermere Air Cadet Squadron after a summer of achievements.
Four cadets attended the regional music camp and achieved their musician’s badges – Cdt Suzanne Hall, Cdt Daniel Booth and Cpl Stephanie Booth as instrumentalists and Cpl Hannah Fralick as a drummer.
Staff and cadets also achieved paddle sport awards, with Cdt Chris Hall earning 3-star Canoe and CI Emma Clarke 2-star kayak.

And Cpl S Booth and Cdt D Booth swam to victory in the wing swimming completion. Both will now represent the wing at the regional completion later in the year.
Four cadets also achieved the level of leading cadet in classification training.
