TEWITFIELD Marina has been put up for sale.
The holiday complex and canal mooring business is being sold with the benefit of planning permission for additional accommodation.
The asking price has not been revealed.
Currently the marina has 45 fully furnished residential units, ranging from one to four bedrooms and plans for 11 new units of one and two bedrooms have been approved.
It is being sold by the specialist markets team at CBRE in Manchester.
Director Shaun Skidmore said: “This is a rare and exciting sale of a successful business with potential for a purchaser to add value through further development. The attractive inland marina setting is certain to attract interest and we are looking forward to speaking to interested parties.”
