Police investigate theft from inside a village church
POLICE are investigating an incident of theft from inside a coastal village's parish church.
On Sunday, September 28, property was taken from St James' Church, Arnside.
Police are keen to speak to man in his mid 50s, of scruffy appearance, receding hairline, who was wearing a dark green jumper and socks with sandals.
If anybody witnessed anything suspicious or has seen the individual in question they should contact Cumbria Police on 101 and ask to speak to PC 1894 Martin.
