Second attempt at water connection
LOWTHER Street in Kendal will close on Sunday (October 5) to allow a contractor for United Utilities to carry out a new water connection.
The work was originally planned for last Sunday but did not happen. Vehicles will be allowed to travel in both directions along the A6 Highgate and Stricklandgate with the existing one-way restriction being temporarily suspended
