A FLOOKBURGH motorist escaped a 20ft plunge into a garden after crashing into a stone wall.

The 21-year-old woman went off the road at Lindale Road on the B5277, Grange, at around 9.40pm last night.

Police said the green BMW Mini Cooper she was driving collided with a wall, which stopped her plunging 20ft into a private garden.
