A GRADE II listed church has come on the market for £500,000.
The Friary, Lancaster, is a large detached Victorian building with a spacious trade area and upper floor balcony. It has retained many original features.
Sam Frankland, Director of Specialist Markets at CBRE Leeds, who are handling the sale, said: “The Friary presents a truly rare opportunity to purchase a piece of Lancaster’s heritage in one of its most prime locations. We are excited to be launching this unique property and expect to be handling high levels of interest.”
