A WILDLIFE charity will be offering visitors a real taste of the jungle during October's half-term holiday.
Meet and Eat sessions at Milnthorpe's Lakeland Wildlife Oasis will serve up the chance for people to snack on delicacies like crickets, locusts and worms.
The unusual treats, which will be available in the animal charity's cafe, are part of the Hallowe'en celebrations. It will also see the zoo open late into the evening on October 31 to showcase how differently the animals behave at night.
