Approval for 12 holiday rooms in Kendal
PLANS to create12 holiday ‘letting bedrooms’ above a popular Kendal restaurant and bar have been given the green light by South Lakeland District Council.
The owners of Paulo Giannis on Stramongate have been given permission to create short stay individual suites on the first and second floors of the property.
There will be five on the second floor and seven on the first, meaning what is now the second floor of the bar will be converted to accommodation.
