THE Duke of Westminster will be guest of honour at one of the UK’s leading winter livestock shows, being held in Cumbria today.

The Duke will meet key farming industry figures when he attends Harrison and Hetherington’s Borderway Agri Expo at the Borderway Exhibition Centre in Carlisle.

He will also present The Robert Scott Memorial Perpetual Challenge Trophy to the overall cattle Champion of Champions in the main arena.

Agri Expo, which is expected to attract 12,000 visitors, will feature 26 cattle classes and 19 sheep classes and more than 165 trade stands.
