SUZIE Reynolds, owner of historic home Leighton Hall, says she is "so proud" of the whole team after the attraction won two tourism awards.
The historic seat of the Gillow family, near Carnforth, won a Hidden Gem accolade for exceptional customer service from quality assurance scheme VAQAS.
The team then went on to win the Best for Groups category at the Lancashire Tourism Awards. Leighton Hall's marketing manager, estate foreman, falconer, tour guides and office staff joined owner Suzie at the ceremony at Blackpool Tower Ballroom, and broadcaster John Sergeant presented the award.
"It’s the first time we’ve been presented accolades of this calibre," said Suzie, "and I feel it acknowledges and recognises the hard work put in by all our team."
Leighton Hall will go on to represent Lancashire at the national finals next year.
