A PLAN to demolish a bungalow and outbuildings and build 14 dwellings at The Sheiling, Kirkby Lonsdale Road, Arkholme, was approved by Lancaster City Council's Planning and Regulatory Committee. The committee also gave the go ahead for outline planning permission for a developer to build up to six houses on land at Carnforth Brow at Carnforth.
