North West Auction's Professional and Property Department is expanding.
They have recruited a new chartered surveyor to head up their NWA Architectural branch based at Junction 36 Rural Auction Centre.
Greg Gilding, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an architectural consultant with over 26 years’ experience, has just assumed the position.
He is based at J36 Rural Auction Centre and Lancaster Auction Mart.
Welcoming Greg to the team, land valuerJohn Hughes said: “We are pleased to announce the introduction of this new service at a time when the Government is committed to a radical reform of the planning agenda giving new powers to local councils, communities, neighbourhoods and individuals.
“Most people need a professional to guide them through the process, someone who knows the local market.
“At this time of the year people look ahead to what they want to achieve in the New Year. Calling in a professional now means you will be in a much better position to realise your property plans for 2015.”
