Great North Air Ambulance helicopter at the crash scene today
A WOMAN involved in a crash on the A66 in Cumbria has been hospitalised today 9November 28).
The 57-year-old was treated at the scene for head injuries by the Great North Air Ambulance who were called out at 11.30am to the crash east of Penrith.
The woman, of Newton Reigny, north of Penrith, was taken to Cumberland Infirmary Carlisle for further treatment.
