A PERSONAL trainer plans to expand into more sectors this year.
Lindale-based mother-of-three Elaine Towler, who runs ‘Fitness and Wellbeing with Elaine’, is celebrating her second year in business but, having completed specialist training in pre- and post-natal exercise, now plans to launch classes in 2015 for expectant and new mothers
The classes will help maintain fitness during pregnancy and provide new mothers with a post-pregnancy exercise programme.
Elaine has received support from a business advisor from the Cumbria Rural Women’s Growth Network, a project being delivered by Cumbria Chamber of Commerce.
