A KENDAL-based structural and civil engineering consultancy has promoted four of its engineers to associate director positions.
Since 1973, R G Parkins and Partners, which is based on Shap Road, has worked closely with architects, developers, contractors and domestic clients on a wide range of projects in many sectors including retail; business parks; leisure; education; industrial, housing, and historic/listed buildings.
The four new positions for Troy Melhuish, Adam Roberts and Chris Scott in Kendal, as well as Joe Parkins in the company's Lancaster office, will assist the current four directors in running the company.
"This move shows our commitment to our policy of promotion from within where possible and our continual planning for the future of the business," said director Keith Lockwood.
