THE Mayor of Grange Cllr Tricia Thomas cut the ribbon at the official opening of Grange Health Centre on Friday.
The new centre is home to the town’s two GP practices as well as community nurses and other health care professionals from the Cumbria Partnership Trust.
It is one of the first steps in the local Better Care Together strategy to strengthen services in local communities.
The event was attended by health centre staff, local patients, and representatives from local third sector groups, the Community Trust and CCG.
