ORGANISERS and local producers gathered together for the launch of Ulverston Food Festival.
The Taste Cumbria event may be scheduled for a few months down the line, but enthusiasts congregated to discuss the town's second festival.
Already with the likes of Cartmel Cheeses. Grange Bakery and Crakeside Meat Company on the menu, bookings are now being taken for trade stands.
Marie Whitehead, Director of CN Events, said: "This year’s festival on Saturday May 23 and Sunday May 24 promises to be even bigger and better than last year. We can’t wait to be part of this showcase – we’re celebrating the very best Cumbrian food and drink, in one of the county’s most welcoming towns.”
